The standard budget for landscaping as suggested by the real estate market, is 10% of the total cost of your new construction home or commercial project.  We at SiteScape understand that this can be expensive and can put strain on any budget.

Interest deferred for 180 days with no payments required.  If the total amount financed is paid within 180 days, no interest will apply.*

48 month interest rate buy down

Offers client the ability to spread payments across 48 months at a reduced interest rate.  After the 48 months have expired, if the borrowed amount is not paid off in full, the rate reverts to the standard interest rate on the remaining balance.*

Secured Home Equity Program

Home Equity Loan through Premier Financial Credit Union.  SiteScape clients are given a free credit union membership and an introductory interest rate for the first 90 days.
